The cards feature 168 questions drawn from systemic, solution-focused, neuro-linguistic, and Gestalt-based coaching approaches. These questions are designed to comprehensively empower goal achievement and support you on your journey to success.

The questions are based on the Coaching Circle Model, which supports desired change through four main themes – Designing the Future, Planning Implementation, Overcoming Challenges, and Learning from Successes. Each main theme is divided into three subthemes, with questions that guide you every step of the way by bringing clarity, directing your thinking, and offering support throughout the process.
